Return & Refund Policy
At Melissa & Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return process with store credit.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
All approved returns are processed as store credit, allowing you to repurchase another item or a different size of the same style.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If you have received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund.
(Please note that Melissa & Milano carefully inspects all items before dispatch and again upon receiving returns to ensure quality.)
Please handle items with care when trying them on. Products that show signs of manual damage or do not comply with our return conditions will be declined and sent back to the customer.
Melissa & Milano is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, missed delivery, or incorrect address will be processed as store credit (minus shipping fees) once the return has been confirmed via tracking. Refunds are not available in these cases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive store credit to place a new order for the desired item or size.
If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend purchasing the new item immediately and sending your return separately. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and verified.
Return Conditions
All clothing items must be returned:

In their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Free of any makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains.

With all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
All shoes must be returned:

In their original, undamaged shoebox.

In the same condition as received.

Tried on only indoors on a clean surface.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, lingerie, or accessories may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
