2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number to monitor your delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
4. Signature on Delivery
In most regions, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
If no one is available to accept the package, the courier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
5. Customs Fees and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes according to the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or import duties, it will be handled according to our Return Policy.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
7. Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to our warehouse as undelivered, we will issue store credit for the product amount, excluding shipping fees.
We recommend contacting the courier to confirm the reason for the return.
